Since 2020, we have partnered with clients to deliver safe, reliable, and cost-effective outcomes across major builds, maintenance programmes, demolition works, and contract-specific assignments.
Our Story
Built from the ground up. Grown from the work.
Omega Network began the way many practical businesses do: out of a straightforward commitment to managing on-site challenges more effectively. Founded in 2020 in Victoria, the business grew out of direct experience managing projects, and a recurring frustration with traditional labour-hire arrangements that delivered personnel without the hands-on expertise to deliver the actual build.

What started as a response to that gap became a fully self-performing operation. Drawing on more than three decades of site experience across mining, oil and gas, power generation, and heavy industrial maintenance, Omega Network expanded far beyond basic labour supply. We built our own workshop and integrated a full-time, multi-disciplinary trade workforce capable of taking end-to-end responsibility for project planning and execution.

Today, Omega Network operates nationally. We act as a true one-stop shop, helping clients secure permanent estimators during the critical bid phase before deploying our own crews to manage and construct major builds, handle routine asset maintenance, and execute high-pressure outages. The business remains 100% Australian owned and the industry professionals who built it are still the ones who run it.
