  • Receptionists, Data Entry, Bookkeepers, Office Managers

    Capabilities & Compliance Matrix for all Administration Workers

    • Trade Qualifications:

      • All personnel hold a Certificate III in Business (BSB30120), Certificate IV in Business Administration (BSB40120), Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping (FNS40222), or relevant diploma-level qualifications.

    • Safety Essentials:

      • Active General Construction Induction Card (White Card / CPCWHS1001) and site-specific Work, Health, and Safety (WHS) orientations. Personnel undergo mandatory Fitness for Work (FFW) medical clearances, including ergonomics and workstation assessments, drug and alcohol screenings, vision evaluations, and audiometric testing where administration offices are co-located with active plant or heavy industrial infrastructure.

    • Site-Specific Access Credentials:

      • Confined Space / Height Awareness: Basic WHS awareness credentials for site administrative personnel stationed within operational perimeters or temporary site offices.

      • Sector & Facility Access: Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC) for port terminal and offshore administration centers; state-mandated Resources/Infrastructure Inductions (e.g., QLD Standard 11, GI Inductions) for site-based project offices in mining, oil & gas, and power generation assets.

    • High Risk Work (HRW) Licenses:

      • Site Driving & Material Handling: Valid state open driver’s license for site transport duties; Class LF Forklift licenses held where administrative personnel manage site stores inventory, mail distribution, or light warehouse reception.

    • Compliance & Governance:

      • Strict adherence to ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems and AS/NZS 4801 Safety Standards. Placements include documented Verification of Competency (VOC) assessments covering enterprise ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Xero, MYOB), document control protocols, privacy and data protection compliance, and site-specific SWMS/JSEA execution. Qualifications, medicals, police checks, state labour hire licensing, and Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) records are audited within a centralized electronic matrix.

  • Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician

    • Trade Qualifications:

      • All personnel hold a Certificate III in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration (UEE32220) or recognized Mechanical Services trade qualification.

    • Safety Essentials:

      • Active General Construction Induction Card (White Card / CPCWHS1001) and site-specific Work, Health, and Safety (WHS) orientations. Personnel undergo structured Fitness for Work (FFW) medical clearances, including drug and alcohol screening, audiometric testing, physical capability evaluations for working in tight mechanical spaces, and quantitative respiratory fit testing for chemical, refrigerant, and insulation fibre exposure.

    • Site-Specific Access Credentials:

      • Confined Space Entry (CSE): Enter and Work in Confined Spaces (RIIWHS202E) and Gas Detection (MSMWHS217) for duct risers, crawl spaces, service tunnels, and plant room enclosures.

      • Working at Heights: Work Safely at Heights (RIIWHS204E) certification with site-specific harness and fall-arrest compliance for rooftop plant, cooling tower, and elevated ductwork access.

      • Licensure & Sector Access: Full Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARCtick) for fluorocarbon refrigerant management, Electrical Restricted Licence (Disconnect/Reconnect), and major facility site inductions across commercial, industrial, and health sectors.

    • High Risk Work (HRW) Licenses:

      • Elevating Work Platforms (Class WP): Endorsement for overhead plant, high-bay ducting, and external pipework installations.

      • Material Handling & Rigging: High Risk Work License Class LF (Forklift) or Telehandler VOCs for unit positioning, alongside Basic Rigging (Class RB) or Dogging (Class DG) for crane-assisted heavy plant and rooftop unit placement.

    • Compliance & Governance:

      • Strict adherence to ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems and AS/NZS 4801 Safety Standards. Placements include documented Verification of Competency (VOC) assessments, pressure testing and refrigerant recovery compliance (AS/NZS 5149), AS1668 mechanical ventilation code adherence, and strict SWMS/JSEA execution. Qualifications, ARCtick credentials, medicals, state labour hire licensing, and Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) records are audited within a centralized electronic matrix.
