1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of www.omeganetwork.com.au (the site) and the online employment application form on it. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

In these terms, we, us and our mean Omega Network Pty Ltd, and you means the person using the site.
3. Using the site
You may use the site to learn about us, to contact us, and to apply for roles we advertise.
You must not:
use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that breaches these terms
submit false, misleading or deceptive information
submit anyone else's personal information without their authority
upload any file containing a virus, malware or other harmful code
attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any system or data connected to it
interfere with the site's operation, including by automated means such as scraping, bulk submission, or load testing
copy, reproduce or republish any part of the site except as permitted by these terms or by law
We may suspend or refuse access to anyone who breaches these terms.
4. Applying for a role
4.1 No employment relationship is created
Submitting an application does not create any employment, contractual or other legal relationship between you and us. It is not an offer of employment, and we are not obliged to make one.
4.2 Accuracy
You must give true, accurate and complete information. You acknowledge that we rely on what you tell us, and that providing false or misleading information may result in your application being rejected, or — if you are already engaged — in disciplinary action or termination.
4.3 Verification
You authorise us to verify the information in your application, including by contacting the referees you nominate and the employers you list, and by confirming the licences, tickets and qualifications you claim.
4.4 Documents you upload
When you attach a file you confirm that:
you own it or are entitled to provide it
it relates to you and is current
it contains no harmful code
Please upload only the documents asked for. Do not attach anything containing information we have not requested, including other people's personal information, bank details or identity documents belonging to someone else.
4.5 Our response
We consider every application we receive. We are not able to respond to every applicant individually, and we are not obliged to give reasons for a decision. We may decline, pause or withdraw any vacancy at any time.
4.6 Drafts and submission
The form saves your answers in your own browser as you complete it, so you do not lose them. Your application reaches us only when you press Submit and see the confirmation message. We are not responsible for an application that is not submitted, including because of a browser, device or connection problem at your end.
Attached files are not saved in your browser draft and must be attached again if you return to a saved draft.
5. Availability of the site
We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee it. The site is delivered using third-party platforms and services, and may be unavailable because of maintenance, failure of those services, or events outside our control.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site, including the application form, without notice.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the site — text, images, logos, layout and design — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not otherwise reproduce, adapt, distribute or commercialise any part of it without our written permission.
Material you submit remains yours. By submitting it, you grant us the right to use, store, copy and disclose it for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy.
7. Links to other websites
The site may link to websites we do not control. We provide those links for convenience only. We are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, or their privacy practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.

where our liability can be limited rather than excluded, it is limited to resupplying the relevant service, or paying the cost of having it resupplied

You are responsible for any loss we suffer because you breached these terms or used the site unlawfully.

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through this site, how your application is handled, who it is shared with, and that it is stored outside Australia. Please read it before you apply.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top. Changes take effect when they are published. Your application is governed by the terms in force when you submitted it.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
